Los perfiles de mi hermano ya empiezan a estar muy repetidos, pero quería hacer esta tercera prueba: color digital. Me encantan las sombras azules XD Siempre me han gustado :P

My brother's profiles are a bit anoying now, but I wanted to do this 3rd version: digital colour. I love the blue shadows XD I always loved them :P

Perros de trineo // Sled dogs

Cóctel de imágenes de un proyecto de cómics en el que ando pensando últimamente. La idea gira en torno a un joven husky que vive en una pequeña población de Alaska que, en parte por devoción en parte por amor, decide tratar de ingresar en un grupo de perros dedicados a los deportes de aventura.

Los personajes son: En la parte superior derecha, se ve al joven protagonista. es un husky siberiano de 18 años que lleva entrenando para poder ingresar en el grupo de perros de trineo desde que tenía 7 años. Desde entonces ha mantenido un secreto deseo por el líder de la manada, de quien se acaba enamorando. El líder de la manada es el que se observa en la esquina superior izquierda, y es un malamute de 32 años, experimentado en deportes de aventura y con un caracter afable y aparentemente despreocupado, pero firme cuando la situación lo requiere. En la parte de abajo vemos a Keoni, un Akita inu hawaiano que, a pesar de detestar el frío, vive en Alaska con este grupo de deportistas. Entre medio, varias escenitas acarameladas de el prota y el líder de la manada. Más personajes y más detalles pronto...

Cocktail of pictures about a project of comic in which I'm working lately, about a young Husky who lives in a little town in Alaska and, in part for devotion in part for love, decides to try to be part of a group of dogs dedicated to the adventure sports.

The characters are: in the right top corner, the young main character, a young husky of 18 years old, who is wishing to be part of the group since he was 7. He has a secret desire toward the leader dog of the pack, and he'll finally be in love with him. The leader is in the top right corner, who is a Alaskan Malamute of 32 years, experimented in adventure sports, and with a kind and chill out character, even when he know to be firm when the situation requires. In the low part of the pic, there is several pictures of Keoni, a Hawaian Akita Inu who, even detesting the cold weather, is there in the pack. Between them, some sweet pictures of the main character and the leader. More characters and details soon...

Cazarrecompensas // Bounty hunters

Para la revista belga "L'Inedit" he presentado los diseños de los personajes de una historia que tengo en mente desde hace tiempo, acerca de unos cazarrecompensas del siglo XXXI. En dicha época el universo vive una etapa de prosperidad y paz, pero aún existe el crimen, y los cazarrecompensas se encargan de investigar y entregar a los criminales introduciéndose allá donde la policía no puede. Mark y Puka, dos adolescentes, están metidos en esta profesión cuando topan con Míriam, una hermosa joven tras la cual existe una trama de venganza contra su familia...

For the Belgian magacine "L'Inedit" I've done the designs of the characters of a story that I've in mind since time ago, about a group of bounty hunters in the XXXI century. In that era, the universe is living a time of peace and prosperity, but the crime exists yet, and the bounty hunters investigate and arrest the criminals where the police can't act. Mark and Puka, two teenagers, are working like bounty hunters when they find Miriam, a beautiful girl who has got behind her a plot of revenge toward her family...

Yo mismo

Un dibujo de mí, hecho para la portada del menos 2. Como suele ser común en mí, me he dibujado en plan animal, lo que se suele conocer como "fursona", que en mi caso se trata de un corgi. Este dibujo está realizado a lápiz y el color lo comencé con mi vieja wacom bamboo y lo terminé con mi nueva wacom intuos.

A picture of myself done for the cover of "Menos 2 magazine". Like is common in me, I've drawn myself like an animal, that's known like "fursona", and in my case is a corgi. The pic is done by pencil and I started the colour with my old wacom bamboo and i finished it with my new wacom intuos.

Inspirado por Río // Inspirated for Rio

Hace poco que ví Río, una película de animación preciosa, muy colorista, alegre y musical, que me inspiró para hacer algunos fanarts de sus personajes. El primero es Rafael, el Tucán, coloreado con mis lápices Derwent Artists; el segundo es un sketch de Nico, el canario; el tercero es un boceto de Blu, el guacamayo protagonista, al que decidí dar color digitalmente. ¡Espero que os guste!

Not long ago I saw Rio, a beautiful animated movie, so colour, lively and musical that inspired me for drawing some fanarts of its characters. The first is Rafael, the toucan, coloured with my Derwent Artists colour pencils; the second is a sketch of Nico the canary bird; The third is a sketch of Blu, the main character, a macaw, that I decided to colour digitally. I hope you like them!

¿Te tomas una cerveza conmigo?

Una ilustración que llevaba tiempo rondando por mi mente, hasta que mis manos le dieron forma. Al final decidí de nuevo darles color con mis Derwent Artists y, de paso, experimentar un poco con las luces. Pues nada, estas invitado a tomarte una cerveza con él mientras metes los pies en el agua... con el calor que esta empezando a hacer, apetece bastante.

An illustration that was in mind mind for a time until my hands decided to give it form. Finally I decided to colour them with my Derwent Artists and, also, to experiment a bit with the lights. Well, you're invited to have a beer with him whereas you put your feet into the water... with the warm weather that we're having lately, it's a quite attractive idea.

Dibujillos de febrero

La verdad que durante este mes de febrero el trabajo me ha tenido muy atareado, pero no he perdido la ocasión de dibujar en mis ratos libres. Además, me compré una nueva herramienta de trabajo: Una caja de lápices de la marca Derwent, de la serie Artists. Aquí podeis ver algunas de las cosas que hice este mes de febrero, dos de ellas coloreadas con mis derwent.

Certainly during this month of february my job has occuped me too much, but I haven't lost the chance to draw in my free time. Also, I've bought a new tool for my works: a box of colour pencils of the brand Derwent, series Artists. Here you can see some of the things that I've drawn during february, two of them coloured with my Derwent.
